ODEON OF THE ANCIENT AGORA

The Elsa Mouratidou quartet invites the audience on a fascinating musical journey, exploring the universal themes of Love and Death, through her latest solo album Epsilon & Theta.

Epsilon & Theta is a musical meditation on the two fundamental forces that define human existence: love (Epsilon) and death (Theta). The album was particularly warmly received

and was heard on radio stations abroad (Serbia, Turkey, Spain, Britain, Australia, USA etc.).

The performance combines Greek musical tradition (Thrace, Pontus, Crete, central Macedonia and the islands) with contemporary elements under the light of jazz,

creating atmospheric soundscapes that offer a unique and deeply moving experience.

The program includes original compositions and arrangements, which maintain the bond with tradition, while at the same time expanding its creative boundaries.
